If you’ve ever had the experience of a traditional english tea, then you know the delight of enjoying an array of sandwiches, appetizers and desserts while conversating over a splendid cup of tea. These tea boxes bring all the fun and flavor in personal boxes for each of your guests. Whether your having socially distanced event or joining in on a zoom call, your tea box has everything you need. 10 guests minimum required for ordering.

 Policies & Terms

 

Crystal Lyn’s Catering

Payment Terms & Cancellation Fees

  • A Service Charge of 35% and Sales Tax 7.25% will be added to the Estimated Total of your event  order.

  • All dishes, serving utensils, and silverware will be disposable, unless alternate/prior arrangements are specified. This is for the purpose of a self-serve event. For a serving attendant to be present at your event, there is an additional charge of $17 an hour per attendant.  

  • A Deposit of 50% of the anticipated event total is due no later than 30 days prior to the event date. Payment of the deposit will confirm your event reservation. This deposit is non-refundable.

  • Final payment in full is due 10 days prior to the event and final guest count must be given. No exceptions. 

  • No refunds will be given for Cancellation within 10 days of the event; All payment is forfeited. 

  • Additional Guests: An additional $5.00 per person, in addition to the set price per guest, will be added for each additional guest after the final deadline. An additional $10.00 per person, in addition to the set price per guest will be added for each additional guest  within 5 days of the scheduled event. No refunds will be given if the attending  guest count/final guests counted is less than the final guest count agreed upon.

Payment Terms & Cancellation Fees

A Sales Tax of 7.25% on baked goods and treats will be added to the Estimated Total of your order.

Delivery fee is as follows: $0.85 per mile of travel plus $10 per hour of travel.

A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the anticipated event total is due no later than 10 days prior to the delivery/pickup date. Payment of the deposit will confirm your order reservation. This deposit is non-refundable.

Final payment in full is due 4 days prior to the expected delivery/pickup date. No exceptions. Failure to make final payment and/or notify Crystal Lyn’s Catering of a delayed final payment will result in the cancellation of your order

No refunds will be given for Cancellation within 4 days of the event; All payment is forfeited.

Any change requests regarding colors, change in guest count, cake flavor, etc. must be relayed to Crystal Lyn’s Catering on deposit due date. Any desired changes requested after this day will require a convenience fee. This fee starts at $75 and is likely to increase depending upon the desired change.
